The banana bread collapsed. Well, that's not so bad you say. But then, I loaded up the dishwasher with the dishes and a sample of a new eco-friendly soap from Sam's club. The guy who handed it to me specifically said it was for the dishwasher...
The silver lining is that the water that this accident caused to leak into the basement came before we put the insulation and drywall up downstairs. (Coming in one week)
Other than that we really enjoyed our Earth Day!

What a dork to tell you it was for the dishwasher! He should have come over to clean it up.
The bread looks yummy though, even if it did collapse, in fact, I don't think I've ever made banana bread and it didn't...it's not supposed to do that?
