Kristine is a college graduate!

We brought our video camera AND our regular camera with us to Utah but now looking over the week, I realize we took ZERO pictures and NOT A SECOND of video. I'm not sure how that happened but thankfully Kristine e-mailed me a few memories. This is her throwing her cap (my idea). I think it is so fun, it was also very fun going out with Cameron and Kristine all around Provo hot spots to take the very stereotypical pictures! I decided that although I wouldn't give up my years in Provo for anything, it'd take a whole lot to get me back there again. I gained a real appreciation for how lucky we are to have the home we do and that Rob's job allows me to spend my time at home. I could not have planned it better, graduation before marriage ( I'm not saying this is the best option for everyone).
My absolute favorite graduation activity was sponsored by the dietetics department. It was in 250 SWKT (if you care) and was an hour presentation highlighting the 20 girls and their 5 professors. I loved the intimacy of it and the refreshments were both delicious and well balanced...nice. This picture (above) is Kristine with her best friend from the major, Hayley. Cute!
Left to Right: Nathanael, Michael, Bethany, Dad, Caroline, Mom, Benson, Kristine, Me, & Rob.

Finally, here is the whole gang. I think I may look pregnant in this picture, but I'm not! I just love that Benson is wearing the cap so I chose this particular one. What I didn't think was as tasteful were the babies, dressed in mini-caps and gowns who both walked across the stage with their parent AND (this is the bad part) had their name announced. I felt like this really diminished all the hard work that the actual graduates put in to enjoy hearing their name.

Congratulations to Kristine! Where is she off to now? The picture of K throwing her cap is amazing; seriously I think that is my favorite grad picture that I have ever seen!

So should I start a rumor in your new ward about you being pregnant? :) It's fun to see a picture of your family!
P.S. I have been thinking about your salsa all week...mmmm

Looks like fun. So I need to talk to you about my new ward experience. I wish Daxton did as good in nursery as Bensen did. I have been thinking about your salsa too....mmmmmm I sure had a great time getting a Pedicure.

I have a correction for you Kim. There were actually 38 dietetic graduates, not 20. But it's no big deal.

Cute pictures. How fun to be together with all your family. Benson looks so cute with the cap on. Only at BYU would they hae little kids walking across the stage with caps and gowns. I totally agree with your comments on that.
