We've kept in touch with him over the last several years, even throwing up in his airplane once, or twice. And now our pilot friend has settled down with a girl that we just adore. Hooray!
In related and unrelated news: the foliage down in Utah was breathtaking (especially up by the Draper Temple), this picture is an example of why I can never find a good picture of myself, and oh my it's nice to spend alone time with my husband!
