She is a wonderfully talented singer but I am really impressed by her songwriting ability. If you aren't a fan yet you need to listen to:
"White Horse" --the best 'true to life' song ever!
"Tim McGraw"--the single that started it all.
"Love Story"--this is my husband's favorite, believe it or not.
"Stay Beautiful" --this one didn't get the radio time like the rest, but it is equally good.

I think I've only heard Love Story. But I love it! Sorry you couldn't get tickets, bummer.
Her show sold out really fast down here, too. The day she was here everyone was really excited. A family even went into there burning house (which had been struck my lightening) to get their tickets for her show that night.
J and I love "Our Song." She's pretty great.
Sorry about not being able to get tickets. And how perfect that you posted this on a "Country Tuesday." I don't know if you have already seen this but I thought it was great--it's "Love story" Meets "Viva La Vida". Maybe it will help cheer you up about the tickets.
